Unlike an insurance policy where you don't get anything for your money unless you make a claim, the Zenned Technical Support package allows you to have any other non-emergency work done to your Zen Cart installation using any unused time that has rolled over.

Non emergency work includes new module installations, configuration, template and graphic mods, SEO work, software upgrades etc etc.

Any unused time from your monthly time allowance left, it is carried forward and added to the current month for up to 3 months so unused time on a 60 minute monthly agreement would be worth 180 minutes (3 hours) if unused over a 3 month period.

If any work carried out on your Zen Cart installation during the course of a month exceeds the remaining available time left in the package, then any excess time would be charged at just £10.00 per hour.
Please Note: There is a 21 day activation period applicable, no work can be carried out on a Zen Cart installation until 21 days have elapsed from the date of ordering the Zenned technical support service.
Note: The minimum contract period is 12 months.
