Not all addon (plugin) modules are compatible with the latest Zen Cart software so before an upgrade is carried out, a survey needs to be carried out on your website to ascertain compatibility the software version and any existing modules.
If you are unfamiliar with the structure of Zen Cart it is recommended to have a survey done before the upgrade.
This fee is refundable against an upgrade charge if the upgrade work is carried out by Zenned!
